Learnio is partnering with youth@WORK, an award-winning Youth Employment Service implementation partner, on a Digital Marketing pilot that tests how Learnio's tracks complement a national work-placement programme.

youth@WORK is a South African non-profit, a fully woman-owned Level 1 B-BBEE company focused on youth employment. Operating at national scale as an award-winning Youth Employment Service implementation partner, it has placed over 10,000 young people into meaningful, supported work-experience years, working with a network of more than 1,300 small businesses and host sites across urban and rural settings.
Its model of placing semi-skilled youth into quality work experience while building skills and employability aligns directly with Learnio's mission of converting training into income and independence. Learnio is partnering with youth@WORK on a Digital Marketing pilot, working with focal point Cath Francis and mentor Dineo Ndaba, managed by Mimoza Ymeri.
The pilot is currently in delivery and serves as a test of how Learnio's digital tracks complement youth@WORK's work-placement programming.
